The Cabin HistoryWith a heritage reaching back 60 years, our recipes began with Bill Lowe at Bill's Grill in downtown Loudon. Known for quality food, friendly service, and delicious donuts it was certainly the hangout spot in Loudon.
After moving out near the interstate, The Log Cabin Restaurant came under the ownership of Kent & Debra Phillips. For over a decade they instilled traditions of perfectly smoked barbecue and fresh vegetables with Christian values of service and family.
In 2010 the restaurant burned down, but with the support of the community was quickly rebuilt in 2011.
Late 2013 Wade and Stephanie Morris purchased The Cabin Restaurant wanting to carry on the amazing story by using many of the original recipes and producing fresh, made-from-scratch dinners.
